Join us as we come together in community to learn about R.A.I.N. Meditations and practice meditation!

🧘🏻This session will start with 10-15 minutes of very gentle movement to help us get ready for meditation.
🧘🏼 We’ll have a short teaching and discussion on the Remembrances from Buddhist Philosophy and how we can use these gentle truths to guide our actions.
🧘🏽 Ending with, at least, 30 minutes of meditation.

🧘🏾 Reminder, you don’t need to have meditation practice to join! If you'd like to learn more about meditation check out our Youtube! Or head over to our blog! We’ll always give many options so you can find comfort and resourcing as you practice.
